LAND SURVEYING SERVICES
C.E. Property Solutions, LLC, provides full surveying services for a variety of industries. We have provided services for construction,
real estate transactions, legal and expert witness, accident investigation surveys. We provide professional surveying services using
state of the art TOPCON Total Stations with Recon data collectors running the latest Topsurv software. By utilizing TOPCON Robotic
Stations we can provide efficient and cost effective one man construction stakeouts. We can also utilize this equipment to scan
buildings and road infrastructure used to create 3D images for design. Utilizing our TOPCON Hiper RTK GPS millimeter system,
we are able to set precise geodetic control for all our projects. This particular GPS system tracks both U.S. and Russion GLONASS
satelite constilations giving much better satelite coverage which translates into more precise and accurate GPS data. By utilizing
a portable cellular-modem we can connect into the SCDOT CORS sites and get real time kinematic corrections. This greatly enhances
our speed and efficiency in setting control points.
Tools we use in the office to produce the end product of our surveys (plats, maps, etc.) includes top of the line computers with dual video
screens and powerful hard drives, video drivers and loads of memory. The software we use to draft our plats and maps is Autocad Civil 3D
and Autocad Land Desktop Companion with Survey module, StarNet for performing Network adjustments. We also use high resolution
cameras and Adobe Photoshope and Corel to produce presentation graphics that are used for expert withness testimony. Using
Autocad Map we can overlay the survey with aerial photographs as well as other data sets such as soil types, flood maps, wetland maps, etc.
