PROJECT DOCUMENTS
C.E. Property Solutions, LLC, provides access to project documents including survey plats, plans, specifications, contract documents and
inspection reports and photographs online. All documents are stored on our FTP site. A username and password is required to access the
documents. Please contact us to acquire a username and password. The username and password will be client and project specific. Do
not share the password with anyone you do not want to have access to the project documents. For all public projects the contract
documents are placed on the following websites; carolinas plan room, TPM and the copy spot. Some private projects are put on these w
websites as well.
