C.E. Property Solutions, LLC, provides full civil engineering services for a variety of industries. We have provided services for residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, municipal and government projects. We assist our clients from project inception through final project closeout to develop the most cost effective solutions to the toughest development problems. We treat each project as if it is our own. Because of our diverse education and training in surveying, engineering, real estate and construction, we are able to develop more sustainable, cost effective and efficient projects. The project development and implementation process has been compared to an unidentifiable puzzle. Our specialty is helping our clients “solve the development puzzle”. We develop our design with a complete picture of all of the applicable issues in mind. Our training helps us to expedite the design and delivery of the project in an efficient and cost effective manner while meeting or exceeding our client’s expectations and development goals.
By utilizing state of the art computers and software such as Autocad Civil 3D, Land Development Desktop, Autocad Map, Auto-Turn, Sedcad, Hydroflow, XPSWMM, Stormcad and other software packages, we help our clients develop innovative solutions for the most difficult project development problems. We also use high resolution cameras and Adobe Photoshope and Corel to produce presentation graphics that are used for public meetings, permit application packages, funding acquisition and marketing purposes. Using Autocad Map we overlay the engineering design drawings with aerial photographs as well as other data sets such as soil types, flood maps and wetland maps in order to develop a low impact sustainable solution to the development project.
