C.E. Property Solutions, LLC. was established in 2006. We have over 20 years of combined experience in providing land surveying,
civil engineering and construction management services for the private sector as well as municipalities, government agencies, institutions, and industries.
We are currently registered to offer professional services in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. We can quickly be registered
in other states as clients and projects require.
C.E. Property Solutions is focused on providing the highest level of professional services in an efficient and timely manner to assist our
clients to reach their project specific goals. Because the land development and infrastructure development process is a costly endeavor
frought with potential pitfalls, we spend a great deal of our time helping our clients wade through the many overlapping state, federal and
local regulations and laws. The development process has been compared to solving a complex puzzle. In short we specialize in solving
the development puzzle. Because of our background in real estate, land surveying, civil/environmental engineering as well as
construction management, we have the expertise necessary to navigate a project through the permit review and entitlement process and
through the construction process. We assist our clients to prioritize and evaluate their options which will help them to maximize their
development goals.
